Cases of refusal to make a payment:

  • bank card details were entered incorrectly;

Return policy

When paying with cards, cash refunds are not allowed. The rules of international payment systems govern the refund procedure.

The procedure for returning products is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.

  • The consumer has the right to refuse the products at any time before the transfer.
  • Return of products of proper quality if the specified product was not in use, its external presentation, consumer properties, and packaging, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified product within the period specified in clause 4 of Art. 26.1 of the Law 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
  • If the Consumer applies for the return of the products, the Seller returns the money paid for the products upon the return of the products to the Seller.
  • The addresses of the Seller's stores where the products can be returned are published on the Sites.
  • The Seller carries out the return of the money paid for the products to the Consumer at the time of registration of the return of the products, but in any case, no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of return of the products in the same way as the payment for the product was made.
  • If there is a non-food product of inadequate quality, the Consumer has the right, at his own discretion, to demand from the Seller:
    • replacement of the product for a similar product of proper quality;
    • replacement of other products for a similar product with recalculation of the purchase price;
    • return of the product with compensation for it of funds in accordance with the procedure established by the Law of the Russian Federation 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.
  • When returning the money paid for the product, the Consumer, at the request of the Seller and at his expense, must return the received products of inadequate quality.
  • The amount of money to be returned to the Consumer, when he returns a product of inadequate quality, also includes the cost of delivery of a low-quality product if the Consumer paid for the delivery of the low-quality product.
  • The return of low-quality products is carried out within the time frame and in the order provided for by the Law of 07.02.1992 No. 2300-1 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.

Delivery rules
